The IN-WORK Guidelines aim at defining quality criteria, processes and rules for the implementation of effective Work Integrated Learning activities for youth with special needs. By combining existing resources (desk research), and data coming from experiences mapping (field research) they will seek to give added value in implementing significant work-based learning experiences.
The Guidelines consider the whole system, therefore including pedagogical elements, as well as recommendations for implementing methods and techniques to engage stakeholders for inclusion purposes.
