The IN-WORK consortium is composed of three universities from different countries of Europe, which have different regulatory frameworks for special needs and belong to different cultures; the fourth partner is an association of universities and has a more comprehensive overview of the topic across countries. All the partners have strong experience in the inclusion field, both in research and practice: they share similar issues, although with different perspectives, as weaknesses and opportunities could be related to their location.
